Better Health and Wellbeing is something that many of us are looking for but we sometimes don’t know why or how to make the changes necessary. We use an easy program to help you make those changes, a Health and Wellness Program, which closely examines all of the essentials from daily exercise and healthy eating to mindful living and reconnecting with nature.
We host many yoga, tai chi, and meditation classes in and around the Austin Texas area in Parks. When we do so, you are welcome to take these classes for free if you are in one of our programs. When we teach in different studios, those studio rates and policies apply. And when we start teaching in other cities around the world, you are welcome to join in. But most of the program you can do online. So are you ready to make some transformation in your life?
