Balance Health is ready to help you on your journey of self-discovery to a healthier and happier you. Together, we’ll examine fundamental aspects of your daily life, from everyday exercise and what you eat to meditation and your connection to the natural world. Once you’ve achieved the perfect balance in your mind and body, you’ll experience better health and discover greater fulfillment in your everyday life.

Our Moving Forward program is a 1-month program that helps you make some of those changes you have been wanting to make. You’ll get acquainted and start to develop within our core aspects. The program’s focus is on: 1) Exercise 2) Nutrition 3) Nature, and 4) Mindfulness & Meditation. We find that these 4 main aspects help people to make those shifts they would like. Journaling is part of the program, so please have pen and paper, or a journal, or a computer ready.

With making any changes to our lives, even for the better, sometimes can “feel” different. Hang in there, it’s about making some healthy changes.
